  • NFHS 2012 Rules changes emphasize safety.  NFHS and CIF bat guidelines for 2012 are complex.  All high school bats must have the BBCOR stamp.  Many of the bats used in 2011 are illegal for 2012!  Get familiar with interpretations of the new rules.  Our client leagues may have further differences from NFHS and CIF.  Baseball umpires must know which bats are legal and illegal.   No more pre-game bat and equipment checks!
